The Future of Living Valley
For over seventeen years the team at Living Valley Springs has strived to relieve sickness, suffering and distress and to educate the community in the life-preserving principles of health. We have kept our prices as low as possible and our level of service extremely high.
Accordingly, we have been able to help thousands of people recover health, dignity and happiness.
For over two years we have been operating at full capacity, caring for around 26-28 people in each ten day program.
Expansion and renovation are required urgently so that we can continue to play such a major role in health care and education in Australia.
As at March, 2007, a development application is currently under review at the Noosa Council. We anticipate an approval by March 2008. After that, our architects will complete a detailed design. Construction should commence in late 2008.
The development will include a central piazza (village square) encircled by several buildings, including a common/lounge/lecture building, a dining building, a large treatment facility, medical offices, a shop, a beauty spa, a cafe-type room for dispensing juices, teas, etc and a gymnasium. There will be two new pools including a lap-pool and a large steambath building with a common spa pool.
There will be ten new accommodation buildings with four suites in each. All of them will have verandahs with magnificant valley views.
The entire project will be built using eco-friendly materials, including the latest technology in rainwater systems and natural wastewater treatment methods.
The new Living Valley Springs will be capable of caring for forty guests in each ten day program. The design has been carfully drafted to promote positive group dynamics while providing an environment that will also suit those who prefer solitude.
At this stage we estimate that the development will cost around $15,000,000.
Living Valley Springs is a registered Public Benevolent Institution and we are seeking development donations from people or corporations who would like to contribute to furthering our work in health education and preventative health treatments.
Your tax deductible donation will help us to continue saving lives in our community, your community, your country and around the world.
We make a difference.
