When You Arrive
Getting the most out of your arrival day
Maximise your stay with us, arrive dressed casually, ideally with suitable walking shoes.
Please plan to arrive between 10am and 11am for the first day of your retreat. If you arrive earlier than we suggest, have your comfy clothes and swimmers packed in a handy spot.
You will have access to change room facilities, a relaxation lounge, the exercise room & pool, as well as walks to familiarise yourself with the property.
To start your 'retreat' as soon as you arrive, we offer an orientation session and steam room treatments.
Additional Therapeutic Treatments
Each guest is allocated 7 treatments as part of their 10 day cleanse program, but sometimes you may require or desire to have additional treatments.
To ensure that the therapist required for the treatment you desire is available we recommend that you book any additional treatments upon arrival or by the end of the first night.
Please let us know and we can arrange for our Program Coordinator to contact you.
Dietary requirements
Please advise prior to arrival if you have any special dietary requirements.
Health
Please advise prior to your arrival of any health related issues that may affect your ability to participate in any activities. If there are specific medical requirements that you need during your stay, please advise Reception prior to arrival so we can inform the naturopaths prior to your consultation.
