Before I arrived at Living Valley Springs, life had got too much for me and I didn’t want to be here anymore. I was very depressed and smoked 30+ cigarettes a day and at least 10 cups of coffee per day. I hardly slept or ate.
Coming to LVS saved my life.
The staff here were amazing, so caring and really took a genuine interest in me, in my health not just physically but mentally. In the 10 days I have been here I was able to kick my habit of smoking and coffee and find peace and strength to keep moving forward and enjoy life again with everything I have been taught. I am going home a very different person to the one that arrived here, smiling and healthier.
Thank you so much to all of the beautiful staff at LVS. You are truly amazing people, and hold a special place in my heart.
