The day will begin with a cooking demonstration, as well as a naturopath talk. The Root Cause will present a ‘Mad Food Science Program’ from 11am sharp for around 1 hour. This program is designed to engage with parents and children, educating and encouraging healthy food choices and assisting with easy lunch box ideas. It will be a fun interactive workshop with opportunities to taste some yummy creations. A second cooking demonstration and naturopathic talk will follow.

Plus a jumping castle, old fashioned games for the young and young at heart, simple home remedies class, natural beauty demonstrations with PHYT’S certified organic skincare and Inika Cosmetics makeup. We will have a pop-up shop available selling cold drinks, hot food, healthy snacks, organic skincare and makeup, as well as our very own Living Valley products such as Coconut Oil, Living Greens, Cayenne pepper, Maca powder, Red and Green clay etc.
